Tim Costello is a native Nashvillian and has resided in Williamson County for over 30 years. After graduating from Lipscomb University, he worked as a district sales rep for the Southwestern Company before establishing and growing Franklin Fence and Deck. In the mid-1980’s at the suggestion of satisfied clients, Tim began varied and larger projects including significant additions, renovations, custom homes, barns, and churches. He literally learned and built his business from the ground up, developing his skill set with hands-on experience in footings, foundations, framing, roofing, electrical, plumbing, drywall, trim carpentry, and painting. As his experience and growth as a contractor increased, so grew the size of his projects and the licensure from the State of Tennessee. Costello Construction, LLC is certified to build for State projects of an unlimited size. He has built for several people of renown within Nashville’s music industry and enjoys a stellar reputation as a general contractor. Tim is married to Karen Smith Costello and has four children. They reside in Franklin, Tennessee. Both he and Karen are active members in Williamson and Davidson counties, involved in their home church and leaders of the home-school community of middle Tennessee. Tim is also a Board Member of Graceworks Ministries of Franklin, Tennessee.
